What is the monthly fee for staying at Neurocare Living, and what does it include?
Our monthly fees range from approximately RM3,000 to RM5,000, depending on the room type (single, twin, or shared room) and the level of care required. The fees typically include 24/7 professional care, daily nutritious meals, personal daily assistance, and basic rehabilitation activities.
Do you specialize in caring for Alzheimer’s patients?
Yes. Neurocare Living has extensive experience in caring for seniors with Alzheimer’s disease. We focus on creating a familiar environment, providing meaningful reminiscence activities, maintaining structured daily routines, and offering close support from our professional care team to help stabilize emotions and slow cognitive decline.
If I would like to let the senior try staying for a period first, is that possible?
Yes, of course. We offer short-term respite care and a trial stay program. This not only allows family members to have temporary relief when they are unable to provide care, but also gives seniors the opportunity to experience the living environment of the carbefore deciding on long-term stay.
Do you provide medical escort services?
Yes, we do. Our team can assist seniors with doctor consultations, follow-up visits, medication purchases, and accompanying them for external appointments and outings, helping to ease the travel burden on family members.
Is the environment in the care facility safe? Can family members visit anytime?
Our facility is designed to be bright, clean, and well-maintained, equipped with electric care beds and various safety measures. For the residents’ routine and well-being, we recommend family visits between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM (advance appointment is encouraged).
